It's a struggle to receive an Archutural Control Application and not know what to do next. We saw countless Communities struggle with the Archutural Review Process so we knew there had to be a better way or organize the Applications to make research and voting easier.
Our Vision
We developed our software with 3 main goals in mind to help Communities:
(1) Make it efficient to organize and search past Applications.
(2) Make it easy to research newly submitted Applications.
(3) To make it easy to compare the Community Policies to the Application and vote with confidence.
Our Technology
We created a Community Application Database that digitized traditional paper Applications and makes them interactive. This allows you to easily search, organize, research, and vote on Community Applications in a fraction of the time the traditional paper method would take.

How It Works
The Application Process
Steps 1 & 2
Submit
Homeowners will be able to submit an online interactive application directly through the website portal. If your community charges a fee, those fees can be collected upfront through the system.
Homeowners can also review the rules and regulations for their community before submitting their application to make sure they are in compliance.
Step 3
Research
Your Architectural Review Committee, Management Company, Board of Directors, or any other designated individuals will be able to research the application through a guided Research Wizard process. The Research Wizard will pull the relevant rules and regulations for your community to make research simple and easy, saving you valuable time.
Step 4
Vote
With our Voting Wizard, the system will lead the decision-makers through the voting process to make voting a breeze. The Voting Wizard will guide the decision-marker through the Application and do a side-by-side comparison of the Application to the Community's Governing Documents. By seeing a side-by-side comparison, the decision-marker can cast their vote with confidence and efficiency easily being able to verify all information.
Step 5
Finalize
Finalize the decision on an Application which will generate an email notification to the homeowner regarding the decision as well as generate a PDF Letter that can be mailed with the official decision and any conditions of approval, if the Application is granted.
